BZZD Energy x Beeble World Bee Day Competition 

May 2025 – Terms and Conditions  

1. This Promotion is only open to residents of the UK over the age of 18. You do not have to buy anything to take part in this Promotion, but you do need a valid Instagram or Facebook account and access to the internet. 
2. To ensure fairness, employees of BZZD Energy, Vemacity and anyone else professionally connected to this Promotion are not allowed to enter.  
3. Promoters: BZZD Energy Ltd, The Popcorn Box, 60 High St, Great Missenden HP16 0AU Beeble Co, Reed Online, 27-29 Green Dragon Court, Macklin Street, London, WC2B 5LX  
4. Promotion Period: Participants must enter between 12:00 BST on the 20th May 2025 and 23:59 BST on the 26th May 2025.  
5. To enter, you must like and comment on the competition post on the BZZD Energy or Beeble Co Instagram or Facebook profile, tagging one friend. You must also follow BZZD Energy (@bzzd.energy) and Beeble (@BeebleCo).  
6. You may enter up to five times during the Promotion Period, but you may only win one Prize.  
7. The Prize: One winner from Instagram and one from Facebook will each receive one bottle of Beeble Rum, one bottle of Beeble Tequila, a case containing 16 cans of BZZD Energy Tonic Water, and a case containing 16 cans of BZZD Energy Pink Lemonade.  
8. The winners will be selected by random draw, carried out by an independent person within 3 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.  
9. The winners will be contacted the Promoter as a reply to their winning comment within 3 working days of the draw.   
10. The winners must share their address with the Promoter via DM within 3 working days to claim the Prize. If a winner does not contact the Promoter, the Prize will be awarded to a reserve winner. A total of 3 reserves will be contacted. In the event that no reserve responds to communications, we reserve the right to not award the Prize.  
11. We cannot accept any entries that we believe: a) Contain any content that is likely to be considered offensive by us or could negatively reflect the name, reputation, or goodwill of BZZD Energy or Beeble; b) Defames, misrepresents, or insult other people or companies, including, but not limited to BZZD Energy or Beeble; and/or c. Promotes any political agenda.  
12. Please allow up to 30 days from the date of confirmation of delivery details for delivery of your Prize.  
13. The Prize cannot be transferred to someone else, exchanged for something else or exchanged for a cash or other alternative.

15.  If, for reasons out of our control, the Prize is no longer available, you will be offered an alternative of equal or greater value than the Prize.  
16. Data Privacy: Your personal data will be held in accordance with all relevant data protection legislation currently in force. We will only use your personal data for the administration of this Promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. We will only share your data with our Fulfilment Partners for the purposes of and in order to fulfil this Promotion.  
17. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted, and we will not accept cheating in any form including the use of macros or other automated means of entry, masking your identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than your own and any other behaviour that falls outside the spirit of the Promotion. If you’re found to be cheating, you will be excluded.  
18. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You are providing your information to BZZD Energy and not Instagram or Facebook.  
19.  If you suffer any loss or damage that arises out of or in connection with the Promotion or Prize itself (whether in contract, tort (including (without limitation) negligence), statutory duty or otherwise), BZZD Energy will not be liable for this.  
20.  If this Promotion cannot run properly because of fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control which affects the running, administration, security or fairness of this Promotion, we reserve the right to disqualify any person involved. We also reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion.  
21. By entering, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and If this Promotion is tampered with in some way whether by fraud, technical failures, system errors or other issues, including any such failure outside the control of BZZD Energy or its agencies, BZZD Energy and its agencies will not be responsible for the Promotion, prize or for the non-inclusion of entries. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.  
22. In the event of any dispute, the Promoters’ decision is final.  
23. The winner may be required to participate in any reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion.  
24. If you are a winner of the Promotion, you agree that the Promoter may use your name and county of residence to announce the winners of this Promotion and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.  
25. The winner’s name and county may be published on the Promoters’ Instagram pages/stories within 3 working days of winner acceptance.  
26. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
